starting a bussiness without any background experience or supporters must be very difficult . This was what I decided to do on a students' magazine. Although students' works are always the same but we have to start from somewhere .
It was just as learning how to do a team work . before this I had experienced some team works but I had never been the manaager .
You have to settle every thing . Behave every body in a way which is suitable for their personalities and charachters .Respect every body also try to satisfy every body .
Sometimes it get really stressful and every one is looking for the manager's reaction . You have to think about your reactions also talking to the school managers , laying it out , publishing , advertising and selling are parts you never consider them that hard but they really were .
It was difficult .
But there were some other things which made it really intresting to me .
It was my first step to get familiar with real responsibility also I was learning many things , as I am a fan of workshop learning , I learned how to design a magazine , how to choose  news articles and pictures and also I learnt so much as the articles were editted also about the laying out and how to introduce the magazine to  others .
But it was not only me ! All my friends helped so much . They always were giving me their oppinions and their point of view , in designing the pages , choosing pictures , headlines and other things  now as we are reaching the publishng section I would really love to appreciate all their helps and ask them for further cooperation .
